Question: What are some exercises that one may do to be prepared for BASIC!?
I am joining the NAVY and I am ideal weight (138 @ 5'8" ) so I don't have to worry about losing any weight!. However, I want to make sure that I am as physically prepared for boot-camp as possible!.

Squat jumps
Jumping jacks
Running - sprinting and long distance
Mountain climbers
Jump lunges
Hurdles
Side to side ski jumps
Crunches - regular, bicycle and reverse
Push ups - military not women's, wide grip, regular and close grip
Speedbags (Tae bo move)
High Knee running
Running flights of stairs or step ups onto a bench or chair
