Question: How to Lose Unwanted Pounds!?
I'm not anorexic!. I'm not bulimic!. Nor do I want to be!. So don't even suggest that!. I have about 15 pounds that I want to lose to get my natural model-like figure back!. I had it when I was little, but then became a compulsive eater using food as an escape from my life troubles!.
I'm in two sports, Fencing and Ultimate Frisbee, but need some stuff outside of that to get rid of my extra weight!. Does anyone have any suggestions of things I can do around my home to do that!? Also, this'll help me get in better shape for my current sports!. They require a lot of physical exertion, something my body is still getting used to!.
Any suggestions are really appreciated!. But I prefer no to go on a crash diet or anything!. I like food!. I couldn't live without it!.

make cardio workout a habit and do it everyday combine with a healthy diet!. take four ounces in the morning and four ounces at night with monavie!.

a good way is to cut what you normally eat into half!. So you will be eating half of what you normally do, and watch the pounds rollback!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eating disorders can easily develop from one form to another-so be sure to get help for your emotional eating and any underlying problems
im an ex-gymnast and the sport is really fun if you participate in a 'fun class'-it tones your whole body! you could even do something as simple as throwing and catching a ball with someone outside, or something i used to do was hit a tennis ball against the(window-free)wall of my house in the driveway Www@Answer-Health@Com
