How can I have will power not to over eat and eat fatty foods?!
Question: How can I have will power not to over eat and eat fatty foods!?
Because I HAVE NONE!! Please can you give me some tips!? My cabinet is filled with sweets and my mom makes some great sweet tea!. And I always binge!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't have much will power in that department either!. Most people are going to tell you moderation is the key, it doesn't work for me!. A little taste makes me want more so most days I go without!. It may sound drastic but I find it easier than teasing myself to a complete and total fatty food binge!. When I do indulge is it USUALLY planned and in that way I have maintained control over it!. I lost 78 pounds in 10 months doing this as well as regular exercise!. It's HARD every day!. I've been in maintenance mode for 6 months and I wish I could tell you it's gotten easier but it hasn't!. Good luck though because it IS worth it!.

Make sure you eat the right amounts during the day
Breakfast: Poached egg on one slice of multigrain toast
1 banana
yogurt
green tea
morning snack:
1 apple
Lunch: Chicken sandwich with low fat mayo, tomatoes and lettuce
1 Orange
2 carrots
afternoon snack: 10 rice crackers with low fat cottage cheese
Dinner: Steamed vegetables like brocolli, carrots, potato and sweet potato!.
1 Cup brown rice
some lean pork/chicken

There is no way you will get it overnight!. You should start small, try not to put a lot of pressure on yourself!. Make goals and stick to them!. So for instance cut out the worst food that you eat and replace it with a sensible alternative!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
keep busy, it really helps to have something to do where you don't have easy access to food!. When you feel like munching try drinking a bottle of water first, it will very likely kill the craving!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
