Question: WEIGHT LOSS: Do you think this is even possible!.!.naturally!?
Is it possible for a 5'3 woman to weigh 225 pounds and to get down to 110-115 NATURALLY without starving herself and working out like 3 hours everyday!? Even if everyone else in her family is fat!?

The women in my family have always been overweight!.
When i lost 45lbs, it cost me 8months of:

Educating myself about the types of food available VS the types of foods that were good for me!.

Educating myself about exercise and the types of exercise that were good and injury-free for my body size!.

Applying discipline into a varied exercise regime (so that i didnt give up after a month), as well as integrating exercise into my daily routine (example walking to and from work, it took me 1hr each way)

Applying discipline AND open-mindedness about the foods that would help me attain my goal, as well as learning to cook them for myself!.

Keeping a daily record of the foods eaten, the exercises carried out and the progress made (i!.e!. how many calories saved by nutrition, how many spent by exercise)!.

Its not easy to stick to, but if you take it day by day, you will do fine!.
Dont picture the main goal everyday, because it would make you desperate to get there!. Focus instead on smaller goals and how they each take you a step closer to your end result!.

Oh, im also 5ft3in, and by design (im latinamerican) pre-disposed to owning a big bum!.

Yes, but you are going to overwork yourself workin out that much!. Cut your caloric intake to about 2200 calories a day over 6 meals!. Avoid saturated and trans fats along with processed sugar!. As far as the exercise, try to do about 45 minutes to an hour of moderate cardio for a couple of weeks (about 60% max Heart Rate!.!.!.220 - age x !.60)!. After about a month of that, do about 45 minutes of cardio and 20-30 minutes of resistance training!. You will probably lose quite a bit at first but after a month of so of losing you should be down to losing 3 lbs a week, which is good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

YES I know as long as you can resist urges!. I was 140 when i was 9 and I was not very active I dedicated myself to exercise and now weigh 90 pounds and i am 18 but then I was 4'9! Still very close, now with a personal trainer and a daily work out routine I am very happy!.
