How to stay healthy with cafeteria food?!

Question: How to stay healthy with cafeteria food!?
I'm just wondering how I can get all the nutrients and vitamins that I need by eating at the cafeteria!.We were all forced to buy a meal plan which was pretty expensive and there is no refund on the money that you do not use, so I don't have a lot of choice when it comes to eating there!. They really don't have many 'healthy' options, they have fruit which I constantly eat, but I am also wondering if there is a good multivitamin I could be taking to make sure I am getting everything I need!. Also!.!.!. Is there any fruit or drink I could possibly buy at the grocery store maybe!? Something cheap since I am a student!. Thanks !Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
The salad bar and the fruit are your best bet!. And if you can find some grilled chicken or fish or tuna ora ahard-boiled egg to go with your salad, even better!.
But definitely do take a vitamin, geared toward your age and gender!.!.just to be sure you are getting everything you need!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're in high school, your school should have been mandated to participate in the "School Wellness Program" that includes healthy options in the cafeteria!.

If you are in college, I don't know what your recourse might be!. Perhaps you could find a sympathetic ear at the school newspaper!. I can just see the headlines: "Mandated Meals Mean Malnutrition!."

I am on the fence about the necessity of taking vitamins!. The most important thing is to have a balanced diet!. I guess a multivitamin is ok, but don't over do it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

i just pack, its easiest to monitor that way, Www@Answer-Health@Com
