Will i loose weight this way?!


Question: Will i loose weight this way!?
hi, i'm trying to loose weight for prom!. My goal is 45 lbs!. i weigh 180 and i'm 5'6"!.

here's what i've been doing:

breakfast: 1/2 cup of oatmeal w/ 1 cup of skim or organic milk with rasperries & strawberries, one piece of toast (100% whole grain) & i cup of coffee with non-fat & non-dairy cream!.

go to the gym for about 2 hrs & a half!.

lunch: yogurt w/ whole grains cereal (very little), rasperries, & strawberries!.

work out some more (like simple workouts such as squats etc)

dinner: 1 bowl of broccoli w/ shredded chicken on top (chicken is boiled in water)

& a snack later on: a light red apple!.

right now i'm on thanksgiving break so i would like to kno if i can do this meal plan also, on days that i go to school!.

breakfast: same as the first plan

snack on yogurt & fruit throughout the school day!.

lunch: sandwhich (100% whole wheat bread with tuna (just tuna) & chopped celery)


dinner: same as first plan

GYM


then a simple snack like a light red apple!.

are both of these plans ok!?!?

is what i'm eating plus the workout going to work!?!?

i'm not starving myself & i honestly feel great!.
oh, & i drink only water!.!.with the exception of coffee & skim or organic milk w/ oatmeal(:Www@Answer-Health@Com

first off, i'd like to say props to you man, for gettin into working out and getting in shape the right way!. as a teen bodybuilder it does me good to hear that someones taking a step down the right road of fitness!.

personally, I think you've got a great plan set out, here's the thing though!. if you're doing weight training, stick with it!.

Losing 40 pounds is no small task, and i can't say that plan will do it in time, but you'll do something even better!. If you're working hard enough, you'll burn off a good amount of pounds, and build muscle that will shape your body propperly!.

body fat with little or average muscle under it looks loose and flabby, but if you work out right, even with that body fat you can develop a strong looking rounded body!. you'll have a thick solid look rather than a loose blubbery look!.

u wanna weigh 45 lbs!?!!?!!?!!?! no, u don't wanna weigh that!. i no u might wanna weigh that right now, but when u do u will be WAY to skinny! i would go for like 80 lbs!. that's a great weight!. not 45!. that's wut a 5,6, or 7 year old weighs!.

eat small meals several times a day!. eat right and eat healthy!. and don't spend that much time at the gym 2 1/2 hours is a lot!.!. that puts a lot of stress on your body!.

and proms a long way off!. eat healthy and you'll be good to go :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!. Sounds like a good plan to me!. But really, you should try to add some variety, so you get all the nutrients you need (i!.e!., eat a variety of fruit, vegetables, and meats)!. Good luck, I believe in you, just stick with it! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes!. But if your prom is only 2-4 months away, its not going to happen that fast!. If your prom is longer away then yeah, you'll lose the weight in time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to eat more! Eat smaller meals more frequently with a lot of protein, and if you're going to work out so much, you need to eat more carbs as well!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
