Question: I lost too much weight from mono and now I look sickly and anorexic!.!.!. help!?
I've been dealing with mono for the past 17 days and it's finally starting to subside!. I haven't been able to keep anything down for over 2 weeks now and as a result I went from being 5'4" and 114 pounds to 99!.2 pounds!.
I look like I'm wasting away and my hair is really brittle and falling out!. What is the fastest way to gain weight back!? I want to gain about 15 pounds!. What can I eat that will put weight on quickly!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would not really be worried about your weight because you have been sick!. Once you are over mono your body will start to work like it should and you will put the weight back on just let nature take its course!. Just eat healthy and you will start looking better Www@Answer-Health@Com
Anything!. Caloric surplus is what you need to gain weight!. Doesn't really matter what it is!. However, for the sake of keeping food down, I would suggest a diet as normal as possible, just MORE of it, rich in healthy food as well, and fiber, to keep you nice and regular now that you'll be overeating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I say eat junk food like fast food, drink soda, eat avocados, chips, and get plenty of sleep, etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
