Am I at a healthy weight for my age/height?!


Question: Am I at a healthy weight for my age/height!?
I am 13 years old as of Nov 6, 08!.
I just started my period (i don't know if this is helpful, maybe, i don't know!.)
I am 5' 5!.5"!.
Last time I checked, i weighed 122lbs!. Gr!. I think this is too big!.!.!. I don't know!. help!? and I don't care if you say "uh yea it is"!. Please be truthful!. I have p!.e!. every day so i can burn off a lot!. If it sounds like i need more exercise, tell me!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you kidding!? You think that's too much!? THERE IS SOMETHING SERIOUSLY WRONG HERE!.
First thing, whether what you weigh being to much or to little is all relative!. You might be 250 lbs and be perfectly healthy, like able to run miles without stopping, eat only healthy food,the whole thing!.
You might weigh 100 lbs, but be barely able to run a few seconds without stopping!. Your blood relatives might give you an idea on what weight is normal in your family, maybe not!.
Second, you think you weigh to much based on what the other girls weigh, right!? Well, you're maturing faster!. You say you have your period!? Well, you're going through puberty!. Everyone gains weight at puberty, some lose it, some don't!. It happens!. I gained about 30 lbs during puberty, even though I was exercising daily, eating right, etc!.!.
SO YOU ARE FINE!. CALM DOWN, PUT DOWN THAT CELERY STICK, AND GO EAT A COOKIE, OK!?

No, you're at a good weight!.!.!. for every inch you are over 5 ft, you times it by 5 and add it to a hundred!. So for example!. 5!.5 X 5 equals 127!.5 lbs!. But te weight you're at should be good, especially if you're growing!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

omg you are just!.!.!. Arg!. The things the media is driving into your heads!. YOU ARE HEALTHY!. Perfect!. Just perfect!. 122 lbs is an ideal weight!. Even if you are 13!. If you think you're fat then just work out to get toned and you'll feel better!. Just don't lose weiht unhealthily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't worry about it!. You're still gorwing!. It's quite normal for those in their early teens to be a little round around the edges!. It's completely natural, and hormonal!. Keep doing PE and eat healthy, regardless of your weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
