Any advice on trying to hit 450 deadlifting next week?!


Question: Any advice on trying to hit 450 deadlifting next week!?
not so sure about it!.!.!.im looking forward to it though
ill prob push my body past its limits but thats what its all about ;)!.!.!.my max has been 435 for a lil while but havent done them in a good 5 weeks which usually brings my max up
it went from 250-275-315-420-435 from doing this!.!.!.in a course of 4 or 5 months!.!.!.but i didnt do it for 2-3 weeks everytime!.!.!.even when bringing it to 435!.!.!.and still did stiff legged deads which have went up alot in the last few weeks(from 295-345x5 dunno max) started at 260x3 or 4 in august lol
any advice for trying this!? last time i couldnt budge on 440 at all and thats after a 5 minute rest!.!.!.and then trying another 5 minute rest!.!.!.nothing!.!.!.imma do like warmup like

if that doesnt happen ill lighten it by 5 pounds and rest a good 3-5 minutes since it takes alot out of me
any advice!?
should i switch up my warmups!?!.!.!.i usually do like pullups then close grip lat pulldowns then barbell rows and save the best for last!.!.!.since im warm by then but idk if that sucks up alot of strength though
btw im 16, 5ft4 and 175 pounds

If you want to hit a big number do deadlifts first in your workout!.
Don't tire yourself so much in warm ups

Idk how to do it in a deadlift but here is what worked for me in shoulder press

2 weeks ago including this week i couldnt even get 155lbs for 1 rep

Then the following week for miltary here it is

warm up 115 lbs

set 1 135 of 12s

set 2 145 of 10s

set 3 155 of 7s

set 4 185 of 5s

Week before it i got 2 half reps with 185 and 2nd attempt 7 reps with 155reps the next week i got it first time and didnt even use a spotter!.

The whole point is to use like 80% strength!.I usally use about 50% strength in all lifts except bench press which i use 100%!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
