What should i do to get ripped?!


Question: What should i do to get ripped!?
obviously working out, but i want to look buff, and have abs, and as i understand there are exercises that get you different results, for example long distance runners are really skinny because thats what long distance exercises do!. well what exercises do i need to do to get ripped, both my arms and calves, and nice abs too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you do weights, do some really slooooow reps the harder and slower the more u build!. and then do some fast ones to lose the weight covering the built muscles!.
For legs do squats and lunges!. Arms really work on your tricep dip push ups and for biceps just regular curls are good!.
Also pilates is incredibly good for tight muscular abs!. Have a look into protein shakes to help you build muscles rather than lengthen like a runner!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
