hi i am trying to start a diet but failing miserably,i start off good then cant help myself snacking a dipping into yummy food,any ideas to divert my attention to the food would be helpful !!please

Throw the junk out! If it is not there you won't eat it! I live right above a 7-11 so if I'm craving chocolate I can literally walk to the store and get my fix within 30 seconds!. Keep fruit around the house or HEALTHY snacks like whole wheat pretzels!. If you're craving try eating those healthy things instead!.

If you're snacking on bad food constantly, keep a bottle of water around you at all times!. Whenever you want chips just sip the water until the craving goes away!. Also, you can snack but just snack on healthy foods like fruits!. Try eating meals with more food as well!. Like if you have grilled chicken, asparagus, and brocolli for dinner!. Don't eat more chicken or asparagus!. Instead, binge on the broccoli!. Broccoli has virtually no calories like Celery!. Go on google and search 0 calorie foods!. You can eat these to your heats content!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well,i don'tt need to lose weight,but I have recently started eating a lot healthier than I did because although im slim,Idon'tt do anyexercisee,so its bound to catch up with me eventually!!. With regards to snacks,every morning,I chop up lots of different fruits and put it in a bowl,I do the same with salads and put that into a bowl!. COnsidering I never ate fruit previously,you can guarantee that the bowl will be polished off by the end of the day,surprisingly quite satisfying especially if you add some banana!. Maybe try some with low-fatyogurtt to jazz it up a bit!. Also,keep some pitta bread in the freezer,take them out whenyou'ree peckish,stick them under the grill to heat and fill with some tuna,saladcouscouss!.The possibilities are endless,lol!!

Actually, you don't have to "diet" as such to lose weight, the sole thing that really showed results for me is wu-yi tea, it can be seen in the resource box underneath, they have a limited number of free trials left, it was featured in Reader's Digest and CNN!. I worked off twenty pounds, it really does produce success!Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat things that leave you fuller for longer (but still healthy and diet-friendly of course)!. umm!.!.!.!.!.buy some tasty snacks that are still good for you or are okay in your diet!. eat fruit or something instead!. exercise! instead of just eating less (or whatever) to diet, try exercising more too!. that way, when you reach your ideal weight/ shape, and stop, you won't gain it all right back!. keep exercising to stay like that, get results now too, and stay healthy

Wear a gag over your mouth, a pair of horse blinds around your head and a clothes peg on your nose so you don't whiff any cooked food!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
