Question: What are some exercises that tone your upper arms!?
I need to lose flab and build muscle!. I want my upper arms to be toned and strong!. What are some exercises that I can do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

honestly- push ups and pull ups are awesome for this!. If doing them on the floor is too tough- start at a counter with your feet far back!. Keep your knees and hips Straight, rock forward on the balls of your feet!. Do 3 reps of 12 or 14 with breaks between!.!.!.!.also lifting dumbbells over your head is good!.

Chair dips help, grab the edge of the seat, and lower your body with your arms supporting you, then raise back up!. Push ups work, but u can also do them against a wall if you don't want to be on the ground!. Lifting light to heavy dumbells depending on if you want tone or bulk light for tone heavy for bulk!. Upper arms have always been a problem for me too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hold two one gallon buckets of water with your arm Straight out and walk up and down a stair!. That guy in Shoaling kung fu did it!. After a few month, your ready to brake some bricks with those Iron arms of yours!.!.!.lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

Push ups, also hold dumbbell weights or even cans of vegetables in each hand then place arms down at your sides and lift them up behind you as far as you can!. Do several reps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

put your back against a wall and hold 2 5 kg weights there -parrallel with your shoulders-for 2 mins each morning and night in 2 weeks u should be able to tell the differenceWww@Answer-Health@Com
