Doing push ups on your fingertips will strengthen the hands, wrists, and forearms!. This is just one of a variety of ways to do the humble push up!.

A mistake many people make is to do the same old boring push ups every time they work out!. I suggest you experiment with some of the more advanced versions when you are ready!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you don't have any muscles in your fingers, they are all in your forearm!. so i think they do strengthen your forearm flexors!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
