Question: Any exercises which help slim/tone the legs especially!?
Answers:
Basicly your legs will be the size it is now due to two things, muscle and fat!.

There is no such thing as toning, its either losign fat so you can see the muscle more, or building muscles so they are easier to see!.

if you do excercises this will not recude its size, it will either get firmer and stay the same size, or (and this is what will probably happen if you do) it will get bigger and the muscles grow!.

The main way to reduce the size of your legs is fatloss, you cannot target certian areas with this however, you have to lose it from all over!.
Thus you wanna be doing extra cardio (intence interval training is best for fat loss, google it) and you want to be reducing your daily caloires and eating more healthy stuff like vegs and protien and eating less carbs!.

HOWEVER: if you lose the fat, and excercise, what will happen is you will get a firmer nicer legs!. If you just lose the weight, you will get slimmer legs, the choice is your really!.

i would suggest doing squats and lunges, either body weigth of with weights!.

Doing 10000s of reps will not help you tone, all it will do is burn more caloires!. try and aim for doing 3 sets of 10 reps for muscle growth, and if thats too easy, try doing it with dumbbells or tins of something in each hand!.
excercise bikes/treadmills are also great for your legs (and you bum), and doing interval training like tabata (google it) with squats, either bodyweight or with weights will build muscle and get rid of fat all over your body!.

i would like to warn you over Shannon D's answer, this is a copy and paste answer she puts into every topic involving legs or stomach!. Not only is it irelevant to what you want, it will also waste your time if you try it as the only main thing you can do to make your legs smaller is fatloss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You cannot just do situps to help get rid of love handles or make your stomach flat, and you cannot get thinner thighs by just doing workouts for your thighs!. If you were to look at a muscle anatomy picture, you will find that what we call love handles are simply our gluteus medius which goes up and connects to the external obliques and goes down to and forms the gluteus maximus which is connected to your lats!. Doing the following will help with the entire area to tighten and tone up your muscles and help burn the fat around them!. Hope all of this helps do lunges, stepup kickbacks, walking downhill, running, leg raises without weight or very light weight, yoga, push ups, lat pull downs, pull ups rowing, and deadlifts!.
