Losing A Lot Of Weight..?!


Question: Losing A Lot Of Weight!.!.!?
I need to lose a lot of weight!. I'm not looking for some crash diet you know!? 'Cause those don't work!.

In the past I had done slimfast but it didn't really work for me!.

I tried NutriSystem and I lost like 20 pounds in no time but I stopped that because I moved out of my parents house and it was too expensive!.

I know that pretty much I need to exercise and eat less (or better) but for some reason I'm having problems with that!.

I have a treadmill!. And that's it!.

What can you suggest to eat!? or to do for exercise!? or how much!?

I'm 20 years old!.!. female!.!. and I need to lose weight!.

The thing is though, if I walk not even a mile on the treadmill my legs hurt or I feel out of breath if I try to run!. I got a bike but the wheels under me kinda smoosh down!. (Please don't make fun of me, I really need to lose this weight)!.

Anyway, I'm getting married in a little over a year and I really want to be a pretty bride!. I want to be carried out of the church by my new husband like on tv!.

Any suggestions on what to eat!? Any idea!? or how/what to exercise!?

my fiance and i are junk food aholics!.!. so im trying to cut that out!. because i just look and feel nasty!.

I've had a weight problem for as long as I can remember, but I've never FELT nasty, until now!.

I can like feel a second chin!. It really erks me!.

what i did was this
1!. i lowered the amount of food I ate by just a TINY BIT!.for example 1 less slice of pizza!. You will be a little bit hungry for the first 2 or 3 days while doing this, but then your stomach (the organ) shrinks and the hunger stops

2!. I started to work out daily!. that hurting and loss of breath is an extremely tough obstacle to beat, but i find if u keep on going through it, after a bit it stops and u can keep going

3!. drink lots and lots and LOTS of water!. especially cold water, the body has to use extra calories to warm the cold water so u r losing weight while just drinking nice ice cold water

4!. This is the only semi-extreme thing!. Lower fast food to twice a month or less!. i know it is EXTREMELY convienent, but it is one of the most absolutely horrible things for you

1)eat no than 30 grams of carbs per day
2)But eat plenty of meat,eggs,fish,a few nuts and some cheese!.

Get some nice running shoes (fit for your feet, found at running stores) and enter yourself in a 5k!. This will motivate you to work towards running and building your endurance!. I did this, and I think it worked for me!. I hated running, now I download music that I find energizing and run, I really like it!. I also ride my bike to classes and around town, wear a helmet! I have lost weight!. Eat when you are hungry!. If you think junk food makes you feel gross then try to stay away from it!. Write your weight on a calendar to keep track of it!. Post motivating goals on your refrigerator!. Remember, what you eat this month will show up next month!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together!.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier!. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin!. For
diet, go wheat free!. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on!. And no food
after 7 p!.m!. People achieve marvellous results with it!. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month!. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits!. But your
diet is still balanced!. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans!. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging!. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever!. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on)!. Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women!. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you

Yoga is a great way to get in shape and loose inches, it trims you down and helps you relax, and when you relax you eat less!. You can find lots of video's on YouTube!.

Don't diet change your way of life!.!.

There is nothing wrong with any one food, it is how many of them you eat, Make a habit of cutting down, If you usually have one pork chop
( for example) cut it in half and eat more vegetables!. Take smaller portions of everything else!. Don't cut out bread or any other food just take one portion of what you eat!.

And eat as slow as possible!.

Drink a glass of water before you sit down for dinner and drink tea, water, milk, anything but soda's!. Soda is a big problem for people who are over weight!. Especially the diet ones!. They increase you appetite!.!.

Simple things like putting your fork down after you take a bite of food will keep you from eating too fast!.

Drink water in between meals!. And when you crave something, have a glass of water!.

You have to increase your activities Walk whenever possible!. Try to work up to a mile non-stop at least four times a week!. Maybe you and your fiance can take walks together, that makes it easer and more fun!. If not maybe a friend!.

These things are not easy, or fast!. But you will get results if you stick with them!.
