What is the best bicep training method?!


Question: What is the best bicep training method!?
Right now I'm doing curls (standing, and sitting) and the results are showing!. Basically, i do 15 reps 3 times!. standing up- i use bar with two 50's, sitting down, i put a 45 on, i find that one much easier!. what do you suggest i should do at the World Gym, which i have my membership at!. I'm 15 weigh 137-140, and looking to increase muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

chinups, 3 sets til failure until you can do 15, then start adding weight

also, just throwing this out there, you have other muscles (almost all of which, if not all, are more useful than the biceps), you should train themWww@Answer-Health@Com
