Question: Is this a good diet for healthy hair, skin and nails!?
every day I eat
cheese like kraft singles or pollyo twist or string cheese of some sort at least 3-4 servings
1 apple
1-2 bananas
1 ounce or 1!.5 or 2 ounces of almonds,
4 eggs
multivitamin
exercise
walk every other day at least a mile
little to no stress
drink plenty of tea or water
chew sugar free gum
eat bread
or whole grain cereal or whole grain mini bagels from thomas
don't use harsh chemicals
pretty much go all natural
is this a healthy diet
once in a while throw in a cottage cheese 1-2 percent
fish like shrimp or tuna white albacore
yogurt low fat or fat free Www@Answer-Health@Com
