Could i be overtraining?!


Question: Could i be overtraining!?
i'm 6'1, 86kg (190 lbs) 10% bodyfat
i eat pretty clean - whey protein, vitamins, plenty of water etc!.!.!.
low carb at the moment because i'm trying to drop my bodyfat % to 7% before bulking
i train weights 3 times a week on a split and 3 days of 40 mins cardio

is it possible i could be overtraining!? is it easier to overtrain when you are on a lower calorie low carb diet!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

A slogan that always used to worry me was, "What you think is overtraining might really be undertraining"!.

You know your schedule!. Are you actually doing enough!? Try to talk to someone experienced about it, face to face in the gym!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't think you're overtraining!. If you notice that you're becoming easily fatigued and that your muscles aren't recovering properly after lifting (i!.e!. prolonged soreness and aching) then I would suggest cutting back a bit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no your not overtraining but you will if you weight lift then on the next day go on the cross trainer becauuse your biceps are getting no rest
when u do cardio dont use the cross trainer just use the treadmill or go outside and runWww@Answer-Health@Com

listen to your body!.!.!.if you start feeling tired all the time or stop making gains in the gym!.!.!.rest!.

btw!.!.!.why are you cutting before bulking!?
