What are some shoulder workouts to lose shoulder fat or something along those lines!.

start with weights by your side, raise your arms up to a T shape, as far as is comfortable and lower back down, always controlled movements!. also start with weights next to your head raise arms straigt up and back down with controlled movements!. start with fairly small weights and go from there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u could do pushups, but if u do too many you could et giant shoulders!. which i guess u dont want!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
