What kind of work-out should I do with this equipment?!
Question: What kind of work-out should I do with this equipment!?
What I mean is, I am focusing on my upper body and want to do at least a 30- minute workout every day, and I have:
two 5-lb weights
two 10-lb weights
1 Ab Lounge
1 Thigh Master
How much of each should I do every day, and what additional non machine workouts should I do!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I dont know how stong you are but i doubt you can get much of a workout with those weight!. the only thing i can recommend is front and side raises with the 10lb weights to work your shoulders!. other than that you can do dips on the edge of a table or counter or anything and do alot of pushups!. all different types!. like diamond, stagger, wide, close!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
