Question: Eat all you want and still lose weight!?
Say if you lift weights and exercise for about an hour a day, and you eat anything you want, whenever you want!. Will you lose weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on how much of it you eat!. To lose weight you need to burn more calories than you consume, so it would depend on how the equation worked out!. But most people probably would not lose weight with that kind of plan unless they are very small eaters to start with!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you joking me!? Even if your lifting an hour a day, running an hour a day and your on steroids (you need extra calories when your on steroids), you still cannot eat whatever you want!. And I am talking about maintaining weight, not losing it!. So there is no way your going to lose weight by eating crap and working out!. Your in a dream world!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
