all these other posters so far are flippin advertisment bots!. take it from me i use to be ur height and 300lbs (ya 300lbs) that was back in april now im 196 and 5'10 (youll grow a bit if you cut out the junk food)!. but 20lbs in 3 montsh would be no problem if you cut your calories try to get about 1hr of exersice each day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Get at least a half hour of cardio in everyday, I would suggest jogging instead of walking!.
Get a lot of intensity in your workouts, after your workouts you should feel like collapsing, if you dont, start working out again!.
Also clean up your diet, its after Thanksgiving so that concern is out of the way, take it easy over Christmas!. Get rid of all the junk food in your diet (pop, candy, cake, donuts, etc!.) eat mostly salads, light sandwiches like subs or ham and turkey sandwiches (NO MAYO easy on the cheese) drink skim milk, lots of water (about a gallon a day), eat about 4 light meals a day!.
If you clean up your diet and start working out, you will be surprised at how much weight just falls off of you!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you stick to doing half an hour of that daily (either walking or swimming) then yes, you can!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Focus on a lot of extreme cardio (elevate your heart rate) and stick with leg exercises that target the thighs and core!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
