What can i take or do to avoid food cravings?!


Question: What can i take or do to avoid food cravings!?
im trying to loose like 70lbs but i got into the really bad habit from being prego of eating at all hours of the day large amounts of whatever not caring and it became like an addiction (i cant say no) i dont have money for a personal trainer and im a girl so i dont want to be like muscular i want to be sexy and slim i weigh 215 now and i dont exorsize i just had a c-section 11 wks ago!.!.!. what can i do or take to make the food cravings stop or lessen during the day!? where i live its already freezing and i have a newborn so running outside is out of the question!. but pills or something that HONESTLY worked for you or someone you know!.!.!.!. please im getting married in may and i need to loose 70lbs for my dress!!!!! but im so fat that i cant stop myself from eating fatty foods!. im 19and 5'4''Www@Answer-Health@Com

First no pills!. You're 19, have a kid, and about to get married!. You don't need to be wasting money especially on something that doesn't work and is unnatural for your body!. For the best way to lose weight, get somebody else to excercise and eat healthy with you!. It is the greatest motivation to have somebody else there pushing you on those days that you just want to quit!.

You need a way of exercising!. If you want to lose weight then exercise at least 30 minutes a day, 6 days a week!. Buy a cheap treadmill or indoor bike or something that will enable you do exercise!. Even a game like dance dance revolution keeps you interested and burns the fat!. Or cheap things will work great too like blaring some music that you like to dance to and just dancing away to it

One of the best ways to eat less is to drink more water!. It's been said over and over because it's true!. Buy a water bottle and carry it everywhere with you!. Especially if you're sitting down watching tv because that is when all the food commercials are on and it gets you hungry!. If you do have a craving, first eat something healthy!. Make a deal with yourself that if you eat a apple, then you can have a cookie if you still want it!. Even if you do eat that cookie, you still ate an apple which fills you up and you can feel proud that you ate something healthy!. Also try and eat small meals throughtout the day instead of eating large meals!.

Finally one of the most important things you can do is always always eat breakfast (NOT the unhealthy, sugary breakfasts though)!. Even if you don't feel like it!. Have an apple or a piece of toast!. Any little thing that you eat will get your matabilism going!. Your matabilism is your body's best friend!.

This sounds like a lot of work but that's becasue it is!. Gaining weight unfortunatly is so much easier than losing it!. It takes a really dedicated person to loose 70lbs of weight, but everyone has it in them to do it!. Goodluck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eating 4 to 6 oZ!. of tuna 1 hr before your meals will greatly curb your appetite so you don't eat as much at the meals!.

first of all the breast feeding will help you lose the excess weight!. but gradually so be patient!.
eat high fiber foods like apples!. eat two apples a day!. fiber will move the crap in your bowels out and a lot of times those contribute to the jiggles around the belly!.
drink lots of water!. water will move toxins and whatnot out of your body!.
do video yoga!. you can do it at home while the baby sleeps!.
If you feel you have more energy move on to video aerobics!. you wont have to leave the house and it will bring your heart rate up!.
If you have some money, get a periodical massage!. massage helps drain the lymph nodes , get blood circulated through your body!. it removes toxins!. drink lots of water before and after!.

As for the out-of-control eating, you need to take in more veggies and lean meats and fish!. Dont starve because youre gonna get crazy hungry at some point and binge again!.
Do like, baked fish/poultry with a side of veggies and rice!. it's not that hard to make either!. and dont be afraid to eat lots of it!. you gotta work with portions that work for you!. you got a baby to take care of!. i think you kinda need the energy!.

ok, super simple! No diets, no pills-none of that junk!

Every time you want a piece of food that's not your lunch or something, get up, go to the kitchen, open the fridge/cupboard!.!.!.and get out the big bottle full of cold water
(if you don't have one of these, get one, just a big bottle, full of like icy water-we have it, cuz it's always hot here, we don't get snow! )-: )

Pour yourself a glass of water, and that should stop the craving!. The water just kind of washes it away, at least it does for me!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
