ok i have 2 tell you about those formulas my friend that is right now 23 years old was worried about how she weighted so she didnt want to walk or run or do any of those so she tried those diet formulas and patches and when she did a couple weeks later she had a heart attack thankfully she survived and now is skinny bcause of eating vegtables and walking,running,jogging and going to a gym every day daily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It's called eat your veggies, put down the Twinkies and go for a run around the block!.
