Question: Protein intake (weight lifting)!?
im 15 yrs old, 5'8 and 135lbs!. i plan on lifting weights starting on the week during Christmas and keeping this up!. what should my protein intake be everytime i eat a meal!. how much will i way after six months of lifting!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should have around 135 grams of protein in a day, split it inbetween all your meals!. No one can say how much you will weight in 6 months, any guess would be way off!. There are people that might be 145 in 6 months and there are people that will be at the same weight as they started!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
