i seem to either binge on healthy food or eat a little but junkfood !.

Sometimes binging feels emotionally therapeutic!.Yes, if you must binge, try loading up on broccoli or spinach with shredded cheese!. You'll feel like superwoman the next day!! try a normal balanced diet
healthy foods are the same as junky foods in this- they're best in moderation
binging on healthy foods is much better, but i'd aim for a healthy proportioned diet
the healthy foods give you the important nutrients and give you energy the junkfood doesnt'
and for the record, it's better to eat more (like 5 mini meals a day) it speeds up metabolism, starving yourself/ eating little just brings it to a haltWww@Answer-Health@Com
