Question: Best way to get over a cold quick!?
I've had a sore throat for two days, and that usually is the starting of a nice long cold for me!. The stuffy nose and everything will start coming soon!.

There's no way to cure a cold, instead, you'll have to focus on treating the symptoms that bother you most!. I avoid medicines that treat multiple symptoms like Nyquil/Dayquil because sometimes they medicate you for symptoms you don't have an that only makes you feel worse!.
If your biggest problem is a stuffy nose, try just a decongestant and/or antihistamine such as Claritin-D!. Also, keep some vitamin-C supplements on hand for when you start getting that scratchy sore throat feeling!. I've always been susceptible to colds so it's always in my arsenal!.

If you get sore throat regularly, i think there's a imbalance in your diet!. Add in more fruits n veggies and less fried food to your meals!.
Have at least 1000mg of vit c in the beginning and you might want to brew some fresh ginger water with some sugar to drink too!. Keep yourself warm!.!.!.
I used to suffer from these problems quite regularly about 4 yrs ago until i learnt to balance my diet with a supplement that has 30 types of fruits/veggies in it on a daily basis!.!.!.now i get them less :) Our body is pretty complicated but if we feed it the right stuff!.!.!.we'll be fine most of the time!.!.!.!.
