I think!.!. you should eat some toast and have a glass of water, THEN workout like running or whatever for an hour, then when you're done have a PBJ sandwich and some more water!.

both eat HEALTHY meals and if you feel hungry after that eat some fruit as a snack
run for about 30 mins every day to keep fitness level up
and lift weights (not like a body builder) just to build up your muscle tone =]Www@Answer-Health@Com
