Question: Have i eaten alright today!?
Breakfast: branflakes and coco pops - with warm milk
Lunch: 2 white bread prawn rolls
dinner: mince with vegatables with rice and 3 small slices of cheese
snack - 1 mini chocolate roll
in about 1 hours time i will have - a or 2 oranges and bbq crisps
with starjumps and small bits of dancing:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You seem so worried about how much you eat!. :\
If you are so concerned, I think probably you should get involved with a sports team!. Everyone has different requirements on how much to eat!.
As for breakfast, it's better to cook something rather than having cereal all the time!. You didn't say how MUCH cereal you had, nor how many bbq crisps you had!. It could be pretty bad if you had a lot of it, and no meat or fruit!.
P!.S!. You only need a slab of meat the size of a deck of playing cards a day, I think!.
The majority of your food should be grains (bread, bread products!.!. preferably whole grain), then greens (vegetables), fruits, dairy, meat!.

White bread- horrible!
eating after dinner- bad!
not enough exercise- catastrophy!
not enough protein- lose all muscle and keep fat =(

chocolate- pure fat!

eat whole wheat bread
