Question: If I start doing 2 brisk walks of a couple of miles every day, will it improve my mood!?
Answers:
Yes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Absolutely! I fit in a long walk to & from work everyday - I park a little further from work, outside the city and walk to work! This clears away the cobwebs, means I'm not stuck in city centre traffic and allows me to think about stuff or just listen to my i-pod!.
Fresh air is important and I believe it will improve your mood immensely! Happy walking!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
