Target an area to Workout?!


Question: Target an area to Workout!?
So i wanna get a nice chest, abs, arms!. What are some exercises that will help get what i want or whatever!. And also when do i take whey protein and creatine!? Only answers that you really know what you are talking about, somebody said get a wii fit to work out!.!.!.!.does not make sense to me!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have no answer for you just a warning, creatine will make you gain weight quickly if your not a exercise maniac, it places water in your muscles making them look bigger but will just make them look flabby if you don't work out a lot!Www@Answer-Health@Com

i'd suggest just start working your whole body if you want to achieve a nice looking body!. targeting specific areas make you look unproportional
and it doesn't really look all that great!. if you're a beginner, start out on compound exercises such as bench press, squats, dead lifts, and military press!.

i'd suggest you do a little more research with protein powder and creatine before using them or you're just wasting money IMOWww@Answer-Health@Com
