Question: What kinds of food can help me get stronger!?
I'm getting really wimpy, but i've been working out!.

i use to eat cereal 30 min before i go gym and it really helped me inflate my muscles!.!.!. that really helps due to the protein consumtion!. and also stay of to much oily foods such as chips!.

you want to make sure that you have a healthy diet because there is no point working out if your food consumtion is bad!.

keep to having salads!.and try and snack on healthy foods inbetween meals to help you bulk up a bit more!.

but definate have cereal 30 min before going for your work out!. it helped me a lot!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
