What are some good workouts to tone up?!


Question: What are some good workouts to tone up!?
I dont want like big muscles or anything like that!.!. I dont want to do anything to make me look like a body builder, just something to keep in shape and tone up!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

lol didn't think I would see you here!. Just do 20 minutes of cardio a day and limit your carbs although it might make your famous football melons smaller lol ( sorry bad joke )!. Be consistent with it and get a treadmill and do it in front of the TV if you want at a moderate to fast pace!. Do HIIT training and for a woman unless you take steroids or HGH it is not possible to be a huge bodybuilder!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sit ups!. Touch your toes from the front and to the sides!. Push-ups with your feet on a chair!. Running in place!. Taebo is good cardio!. Stationary bike (if you have access)!. Go for jogs!. Start light and build up!. Drink lots of water or Gatorade and STRETCH before AND after workouts!. Eat low carb foods!. You can look it up on the Internet, as to what to eat!. Just Google it!. well, i do workouts with my mom alot, almost everynight actually
and it just keeps me in shape!.

try some crunches, about 20 each night!.
and then move up as your more able to go along!.
try bicycle pulls ups, and sit ups!.

walking and running is really good exercise!.
