Question: How many calories a day should I have to maintain- cardio!?
Hello! I usually do pretty intense cardio for a hour and 40 mins a day!. And do 30 mins of weights about 3x times a week!. I want to stay at my current weight!. How many calories should I be eating!? I only weigh like 90-95 pounds!. So I am small already!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You resting metabolic rate is 1200 calories a day!. That's how much you should be eating to maintain your current weight!. With an hour and 40 minutes of intense cardio if you were saying running for 7 miles an hour on a treadlil mill for that long, you would would burn 1000 calories!. If you do serious weight training for 30 minutes, you could probably eat another 150 calories!. Altogether, you could probably eat about 2000 calories a day!. (Remember that if you exercise for an extended period of time, you start t oburn less calories per hour than you would have, if you exercised a short period of time)Www@Answer-Health@Com
