At home exercises to do with no equipment...?!


Question: At home exercises to do with no equipment!.!.!.!?
I have me, myself, and an exercise mat!. And that's it!. And i really need to start exercises!. So i'm in desperate need of exercises that i can do at home! Help!?

Also, i'm skinny, but i've got those annoying bits of fat underneath my armpits!. That show if i'm wearing a tank top or something, and they drive me crazy!. and i want them gone!. Is there a way to git rid of them!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You cannot exercise away any spots you just happen to not like the looks of!.

I use the exercise programs on TV! One day I will work out with a Yoga master, the next with CardioBlast!. The next day is some toss up on what to work out with, but I guarantee that it will be 30 minutes of something!. Then I go for a hour walk as fast as I can walk!. One hour by the clock!! No holidays off!.

Soup cans double as hand barbells or tied to ankles as extra resistance for running up and down the stairs!.

Get rid of the vacuum that propells itself!. get one that you have to push, You would be amazed at what that does for those shoulders and arm muscles!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You cant target weight lose, just get your heart rate up!.

Push ups (inclined as in hands on a coffee table feet on floor/declined feet on coffee table hands on floor)

Reverse push ups (have 2 chairs placed with a space in between, sit on the floor in between facing the same was as the chairs then put your arms up on the chairs and push up!. It may be easier if you have your feet on something equal height as the chairs!.)

You could fill up a milk jug with water or use anything that weighs to to do bicep curls!.

If you have stairs you can run/walk up or a coffee table you can step up and down!. This is to get your heart rate up!.

If you want to make it harder to do push ups just add anything into a backpack like cans or anything that weighs to add extra weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
