Question: Howcome my legs, thighs, and feet feel itchy when I use the Treadmill!?
I didn't use the Treadmill for a while!. When I use it, I Notice that my Legs, Thighs and bottom feet feel Itchy!! This happens mostly If I have not used the Treadmill for a long time, But as I use it more often, the Less Itchy it gets, and If I dont use the Treadmill for a long period of time!.!.!.It feels Itchy!. Does this happen to you!? is it normal!.!.!.
and then after a while the itchiness goes away!.!.

OOHH I never said this to anyone because I thought I would sound like a weirdo, but I start to itch too when I exercise or first break a sweat!!! Don't know why, but I thought you'd like to know that you weren't the only one!. My face and neck gets itchy first and I think it was because I started sweating there first, but who knows!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Ohhhh yes, it happens to me when I walk anywhere!! I think it's to do with the blood circulation, because I notice that my legs also turn bright red when it happens!. I think it's normal for some, but not everyone! Www@Answer-Health@Com
