I have a few chicken patties cooking now in the oven!.!.!.!.

You need to balance your workout and diet, because otherwise you could have sivere weight gain or weight loss!.

If you don't eat, your body has to store every tiny bit of fat it gets, so that later it can feed off of it!. this results in extra fatty baggage!. If you don't eat at all, you can't gain muscle either, because you are so icky stick thin!.
