definately run for your cardio and to start burning weight off, but weight training will help out even more on top of running!. Depending on what you have access to, i recommend high intensity exercises like the jump squat, walking lunges, pretty much try to target multiple body parts with high intensity!. you can check out my site for some great exercise that might help uWww@Answer-Health@Com

go for a jog in the morning or go to the gym and use the tradmills every other day :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
