Question: How do i get my legs to be skinnier and thinner!?
I am normal weight, i am thirteen and weigh around 50 kilos, i don't know if that is an adverage weight, but i hope it is!. I am quite tall now, but my legs are really fat and have patches of salumite on them!. I like shorts and wear them but sometimes i am really self-consious about my legs because they look pretty big to me!. any tips to get thinner legs, i really want thinner legs!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am assuming you mean cellulite!? The little dimples that make it look as if there's fat there!?
This can actually be toxins in your body!. LOTS and lots of water!.!.!.
Next to drinking about 2 litres of water a day (for your age) so can do pilates!. You can get these DVD's anywhere and the workout focuses on lean long muscles!. This might help too!.
Other then that, it's just waiting, You will still grow and your legs will also get longer on their own!.

anyway, if you're thirteen chances are that you're going to get taller which will thin you out a bit!. you can jog to build muscle in your legs which will make you seem thinner!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to start a walking or jogging program, in just a couple of months it will get your legs looking great!. Try to gradually get up to 2 or 3 miles a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
