How can i loose weight when I LOVE food and eat All the time?!


Question: How can i loose weight when I LOVE food and eat All the time!?
I really can't shake the habit of eating all the time!. I love food, especially chocolate!. I don't need to loose heaps of weight, just around 5-6 Kg!.

find healthy foods that can be sweet so you can replace all the fat you can find some low fat chocolate too!. i was trying to loose weight a while back so my mom and i went to the grocery store one day just for me to buy substitutions and healthy foods and i replaced all the junk and found out im addicted to tangerines and pears weird haha but yeah and the also EXERCISE!!!!! and a lot it does help and your body will get used to it and with this change in your eating you will see results :)

Find an activity that you really love!. It could be jumping rope, hot yoga, running!.!.!.anything to get your heart rate up!. If you are burning more calories then you eat, then you don't have to change your diet and can still eat what you want!. You will probably need to work out about 5x/week to loose the weight, but once you get it off, you can move down to 3x/week to keep your weight down!.

Also, try dark chocolate or buy chocolate shakes to fill the urge!. Costco sells some yummy ones that are on the sweeter side and only have 180 calories!. I have a chocolate shake everyday for breakfast with no guilt!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
