Maintaining my weight...?!

Question: Maintaining my weight!.!.!.!?

I am 130lbs (although my weight would flutuate weekly between 130-140lbs depending on if I worked out faithfully) and I work out 6-4days a week, about an hour and a half -two hrs a day!. I always wanted to loose about 5lbs because my thigh area was a bit big (to me) and it seem like that is where I gain weight!. I used to consume about 2000 calories a day eating whatever I wanted but I never lost weight !.!.!.and when I gained weight, it would be about 5lbs in 3weeks!.

Recently, I found out that to loose and maintain your weight, you have to eat the amount of calories that goes according to your weight!.

Example!.!.!.if you were 200lbs you eat 2000 calories a day, to maintian your 200lbs!. So for the past month, I have been doing that and I noticed that with working out and eating about 1300 calories a day, I've stayed the same, my thigh is toned and LEAN (I love it!!!)!.!.!.even lost a few pounds and looked/feel amazing!.

I burn about 900 calories a day, and I consume 1300!. Does that mean that since I am burning off some of the 1300 calories that I consume, that I can have a few snacks (like animal crackers and nutter-buter cookies!.!.!.my favorites!!!!!) every now and then!? I eat a lot of fruits and veggies and the right things!.!.!.but will it really hurt my calorie intake if I add on a few more calories (maybe 200 a day) since I burn off so much!? I just ate a whole bowl of animal crakers and I am feeling guilty and that is what inspired this!.!.!.

Pls don't dismiss my question as being childish!. I am a 28yr old young woman and I want to take control of my weight so that I can maintain the same weight in a healthy way!.!.!.I just need a few opinions on if it will be wise to add on a few calories!.!.!.

Thank you!.

Answers:
that is called your BMR:
http://www!.bmi-calculator!.net/bmr-calcul!.!.!.
your bmr will be in the red!. that is the number of calories u burn just sitting and your metabolism naturally!.

(Your Calorie Intake per Day) minus (Your BMR) = (The number of calories you have to burn that day to stay the same weight)

If you burn more than that calculation, u will lose weight!. also, 3500 calories equals 1 lb, so if u had an extra 500 calories that u did not burn off for 7 days or a week!.!.!.!.!.!.u would gain 1 lb that week!.

basically, if u eat your BMR in calories and don't exercise, u will stay the same!. if u eat more than your BMR, then u will have to exercise to stay the same and exercise even more to lose weight!. If u eat less than your BMR then u will lose weight if u exercise or not!.

HOPE THIS HELPED CLEAR THINGS UP!!!! u will have to make a diet plan based on your bmr and an exercise plan based on your extra calories consumed if u have any!.

hope i helped!. i tried!. GOOD LUCK ^____^ vWww@Answer-Health@Com

I would do lower body exercises with lower weights and more reps!. I don't know how you're working out now, but that's what I would suggest!. Mix that in with your regular workout, and you should be good to go!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I dont think a few snacks a day wont hurt if you are burning off all the calories you need to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Of course you can add some more calories as long as you exercice!.

You could also take red tea that helps to burn fat!. According to studies' made in relation to the red tea, it was observed that the people having an overweight lost up to 18 pounds only with its absorption!. People having a moderated overweight, up to 12 pounds and people having a light overweight, between 4 and 7 pounds!.
