Am i gonna get fat from this??!


Question: Am i gonna get fat from this!?!?
okay so for breakfast i had one egg

and then a pumpkin frapp from starbucks

and for dinner a salad w/ ranch

ugh i skipped lunch, i know i shouldnt of eaten all that, but i did, will i gain any weight!?!?!?, plz im like freaking out!Www@Answer-Health@Com

sweet mother of god i had 2 big ham and cheese omelets, had like a full bag of chips, like 4 sodas, a handful of random candy!. for lunch i ahd an all you can eat buffet!. for supper i had ribs, rice and vegies!. and i didnt gain **** for weight and i ahve that on a regular basis!. maybe its cuz i smoke a lot of pot and then go snowboarding!. but meh i dont know im sure your more then fine =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

Even if you are overweight, you ate WAY too little!. That's like 700 calories at MOST!. You need 1,600 calories a day with no exercise and 2,000 calories a day if you do exercise!. If you're overweight, I understand the want to lose weight, but skipping meals and eating too little actually hinters weight loss and damages your body, so in the end you'll actually gain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no u won't gain weight you barely ate anything and it takes 3500 calories to gain a pound plus you probably walked and did other stuff so you definitely won't gain weight if anything you need to eat a lot more then balance it with exerciseWww@Answer-Health@Com

NO!. In fact you're not eating enough!. You need more protein in your diet!. Lean chicken will do and eat more fruit and vegetables!.!. white rice is also good!. Seriously!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You didn't eat enough!. Try eating more meat, fruits and vegetables at every meal!. 3 meals a day with 3 snacks is ideal and your calories should be between 1200-2000!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
