What exercise routine will get you bigger arms?!


Question: What exercise routine will get you bigger arms!?
im a 14 year old girl, and i really want to get bigger arms!. fatter and musculer (mostly muscels) I have a high metabolism, so i can pretty much eat whatever i want & im my arms are like the skinnest thing on my body!. if anyone has any ideas how to get bigger/musclar arm, please let me know ! thanks id really appreciate it :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

push ups!.!.!.or you could get weights and hold one in each hand and lift both arms up and behind you head then slowly back down to your waist!.!.!. do it over and over again and you will really start to feel it ^^

If you never exercised with weights before you have to start out small!. Try three pound weights 50 times a day!. Then work your way up to five pound weights 80 times a day!. If you want huge bulging biceps!. If not five pound 50 times a day!. This will get you tone muscular arms, but still A lot more bigger!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

This one will work for you lots and its called Crunch & Punch!. This works for arms,shoulders,abs,obliques!. 1!.On a stability ball,holding a weight in each hand,slowly crunch up several inches as you punch alternating left and right!. 2!.Be sure to keep feet flat and elbows bent!.Do three sets of 15 reps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Use dumbbells for curl ups, french curl (where you have it behind your head and bring it up)!. If you are a visual person just go on youtube and look at some videos!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
