Answers:
There is always "mall walking"!. Walk as fast as you can for an hour around the mall!. It is indoors and not cold!. Lots of people do it this way in winter or rainy weather!. You can even do it in large stores like Home Depot or in museums!. Just pick a store where you won't be that tempted to browze around!. You have to walk!

Put up the laundry one item at a time!. bend over get it from the dryer, fold it, go put it up!. Carry stuff upstairs one item at a time to put away!. Forget all the time saving junk they put in magazines!. This is for exercise!.

Scrub the kitchen floor the old way, on hands and knees with a scrub brush and rag!. The push forward as far as you can then pull back does amazing things for tummy, hips and thighs not to mention shoulders!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
