Question: Anyone know a good 20 min cardio workout!?!!?!!?!!?! please help!.!?
From youtube, or anywhere!. I don't have that much time!.
I tried Blilly Blanks Tae Bo Cardio Workout, and I like it, but that's too long!. I need a 20 min long workout!.

HIIT its the perfect workout!. It has intensity though!. You can go for 15 or 20 minutes whichever you prefer on a treadmill or outside whichever!. First off you set it at a jogging pace and do that for 1 minute, then set it to a sprint speed and do that for 30 seconds, then repeat that all until 15 minutes is up!. You should be tired but feel good that you finished it!. You can also do this running too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

or do swimming for 20 minutes--it is easy on the joints and improves overall body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
