Question: How to get toned quickly!?
Well one day this really hott girl that i was sitting next to we got in the conversation of abs and then she felt my stomach and shes like you have no abs!.!.!. i don't think it meant much to her but it did to me!. I do run a lot but have been sick lately so haven't gotten out running but that gives me at least a flat stomach!.
I need to know how to get toned abs and biceps quick and i know quick isnt overnight but im looking on 2 months!.
Any ideas, workout plans!? Thanks in advanced!.

You can do it over night but it will make you sick and not be able to stand up and walk comfortably!. 3 weeks of doing sit ups twists and knee lifts 5 days a week will carve your stomach!. You should do hyper extensions which is a back exercise, to stretch your stomach!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What i do are sit ups, but i do them as if i'm lifting a ton of weights with my gut!.

If you have a flat stomache and aren't overweight, then your fine!. Guys your age just don't have abs!. That will come when your like at leat 15!. I say don't worry about itWww@Answer-Health@Com

Swimming tones every muscle in your body!.
Try going on 3-4 45 minute swims each week!.!.!. swim freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke, and if you know how, butterfly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
