Question: Is it true what some people say about eating!?
I heard that its best to eat your heaviest meals during the day, and gradually eat lighter as the day progresses!. Is this true!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes!.!.breakfast should be the biggest meal that contains the most calories to jump start the metabolism!. the body is in a hypoglycemic state after sleeping so blood sugar is naturally low!. as the day progresses meals should decrease in size and in the amount of carbohydrates that they contain as the level of activity naturally decreases as the day progresses!. generally dinner should be very low in carbs unless of course you exercise later at night after that meal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes because your metabolism is highest in the morning and slower during the rest of the day!. Plus you don't want to go to bed with a huge weight in your stomach!. Yes, that is true essentially!. Breakfast should be 50% of your daily calories!. Lunch should be 35% of your daily calories!. Dinner should be 10% of your daily calories, and some healthy snacks thrown in between should be 5% of your daily calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
