Wondering how to put on weight easy and fast?!


Question: Wondering how to put on weight easy and fast!?
ok i am 15 nearly 16 year old male!. i am preety short ha about 5,7 i think and weigh around 48kj!.
alot of people say that i just have a fast metabolism!. i have recently been taking musashi bulk twice a day for 2 weeks now
any one have any suggestions thanks Www@Answer-Health@Com

Consume slow digesting carbs like Oatmeal,Brown Rice,Sweet Potatoes, and fresh fruits and veggies!. Keep you breakfast highly calorie dense!. Something like a few whole eggs, a glass of milk and Oatmeal with may be a banana!. Eat every 2 hrs!. Eats red meat since you wanna put on weight little bit of fat would come with it and i presume you would mind it!. Start consuming omega 3 fatty acids from olive/macademia/fish oil, supplements for the same are available if you dont like consuming fish often!. Get on a weight training program!. You can also consider weight gainers like On's Serious Mass or Muscle Juice from Ultimate Nutrition or BSN's True Mass!.

Your answer probably isn't in a powder form!. All mass gainers are is protein + lots of carbs and sugar in a really dense amount!. If you really want to put on mass, just eat LOTS AND LOTS chicken and milk products (you can keep the musashi bulk in there if you like it) and then a ton of pasta after a good weight lifting session (don't overdo it, you'll just get fat or lose muscle if you overdo eating OR lifting)!. If you don't make gains that way, you're not following my advise closely enough!. I know kids your age who thought they couldn't bulk until they followed my advise and got substantially more muscular!.

And, I'm 18, 5'9 and a hard gainer with a slow metabolism (the worst!.!.!.) and I have 16!.5 inch biceps now and I'm nearly at my target of 18-19 by doing a modified version of what I told you!. But, since your metabolism is fast it means you'll also have a low body fat to go along with the muscles meaning you'll be ripped!.
