Question: HELP I WANT TO LOOSE WEIGHT!!? !?
I'm a 15 yr old girl!. And I want to loose a couple of pounds i'm not over weight or anything, I just want to have a flat belly!
so what kind of excercises should I do!? what are some good excercises to do at home, if I don't have enough money to go to they gym!? and how often should I excercise!? What's a well balanced diet for a fifteen yr old girl!? what kind of foods should I avoid eating when dieting!?

well you can try push-up , sit-up, swimming, jogging, and avoid oily food!. much more consume fruit, and vegetable!.

you are 15 yrs old girl so your body take more and more vitamin/minerals/aminoacids and other nutrient!.!.!.!. so you cannot concentrate only on dieting!.!.!. you can avoid fatty diet!.!.!.!.!. if you have no enough money!.!.!. don't worry!.!.!.!. search on yahoo/google about "surya namaskar"!.!.!.!. it is best composition of many type of excercises!.!.!.!. you can done so many round of "surya namaskar" untill you tired!.!.!.!. when u tired don't forget to take rest with deep breathing!.!.!.!.
