Question: Please help im 15 and i need to lose weight and tone up !?
i need to lose some weight by next year starting back at school and by april 2009 i have never worn a bikini in my life and i want a bikini body by april what exercises can i do to lose weight and flatten my stomach/ tone up

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together!.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which

your problem areas for men and women!. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you

maybe you need to do fasting once a week!. and instead of eating rice at night, try eat fruits and vegetable!. avoid eating so much in the morning!. Drink water before you eat every time!.start walking good for the heart!. and I do not know how huge you are!. anyway you can still wear bikini even you do not lost weight!.
